I thought I had worked pretty hard over the past 15 yrs at a combination of regular (usually min 3 a week) classes.. Step, Body Combat and Body Pump! I understand food, portion control, smart choices at the take away – and I know you should never waste calories on drinks (unless it’s alcohol!)… but still never managed to get the last half a stone off!?!

Coupled with maintaining a healthy calorie controlled (yes tracking) diet I lost 5lbs in 3 weeks, and it has stayed off.
I have just been to a body combat class at my gym.. and worked at ‘Anna’s’ level, (not quite Anna’s Circuits level though!) and what a difference…. I was fitter! I have got used to pushing it, I got those knees higher and lunges & squats lower!

I always thought I was fairly fit until I decided to do a be.fit course. I found the diet sheets really easy to follow and found that unlike a lot of diets it was very realistic and taught me tips to keep me full that I had never thought of before.

The exercises were really effective and what kept me going was the fact that you never knew what was coming next but knew what was coming wasn’t going to last for very long.
Also we exercised in various locations with different techniques which always gave me a boost and the determination to keep me going. The trainer was always on hand to help and give you advice and to be honest I never thought exercising could be so much fun! I’m still continuing as I love the feeling it gives me and the results are amazing!

The location and start time of the classes makes it so easy to attend after I’ve dropped the children off at school. It’s 45 minutes as soon as the children have gone in and it sets me up for the rest of my day. It means that I always have time to fit another things in and I get to keep fit in all weathers and meet new people who like the same thing as me. The music is always good fun and I find myself doing the associated exercises at home when the radio is on. The instructor is always very clear on what we are doing and she is a great motivator, making us all work to our highest ability. The excellent range of different classes means that I can go to 3 classes a week and I don’t feel like I’m repeating myself. I would recommend the be.fit classes in Medstead to anyone and I frequently do, they’re just fab!

Not being overly active, I was quite worried about how and even if I could exercise throughout my pregnancy.
After my first visit with be.fit I felt so much more comfortable and at ease that I didn’t need to be wrapped in cotton wool for 9 months! I also felt much more energized once I started my fitness regime. I could only fit in once a week, so having a schedule that I could use at home and specific instructions for pelvic floor and keeping my core strong have really helped.
