The perfect fusion of high intensity cardio intervals mixed with low impact resistance moves to create a workout experience that delivers fat burning and body sculpting all in one class. £5 Circuit.Fit Wednesdays 9:15-10:00 Medstead Village Hall Those looking for a non-choreographed class, challenging all aspects of your body and fitness. A pre-set, circuit of exercises that allow you to work at your own level. Exercises change regularly to challenge your entire body and add variety to your current workout regime. £5 Body.Fit Fridays 9:15-10:00 Medstead Village Hall All abilities, especially those looking for low impact exercise. A mixture of low impact exercises that allow your entire body to strengthen, shape and tone, whilst also concentrating on overall flexibility in the post workout stretch. Uses a mixture of mats, chairs and resistance bands. £5 GP Referral Class – Circuit Style Fridays 10:30-11:30 Medstead Village Hall GP referral, Rehabilitation, Physio referral This class is designed for the more mature client who still loves exercise but needs to take it at a slower pace. Targeting all areas of the body as well as a focus on balance, core strengthening and being able to perform every day tasks such as sitting down and lifting shopping bags. Variety of exercises using the inspiration of the outdoors. Works the whole body and allows you to work as part of a team. Includes sections of Body.Fit, Fusion.Fit & Circuit.Fit. TBC

Working out in groups with like-minded people is a great way to get motivated and meet some new friends. Chances are they’re all looking to meet the same goals as you, and sharing ideas and working together only enhances your chances to stay on track, and meet those fitness goals.
With each class, we’ve also taken into account the emotional side of music and how this motivates us all to get in the right frame of mind for exercise. So whether it’s old skool Michael Jackson or the latest chart hits, the upbeat dance tracks are specifically selected for the style and type of class. Chances are you’ll forget you’re even working out!
There are a variety of classes on offer, which allows you to mix up your weekly workouts, or choose one that compliments your Personal Training or current exercise programme.
