One-to-one Personal Training sessions
It feels great to be back working and getting stuck in to people’s training and ensuring you’re all staying fit and active 🙂
Personal Training sessions can now be booked on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Slots fill up quick so it’s best to book in advance if you’re looking for a one-to-one session.
If you’ve never tried a personal training session, then now may be the time to give it a go. The benefits of a one-to-one session allow for a more personal approach to certain goals you may be looking to achieve. This means a tailored approach to the way you train and work your body is designed to suit you rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
It also allows for a more detailed look at how your body moves, and any muscular imbalances you may have.
If there are areas of weakness or tightness in the body, these can also be addressed, as well as providing you with ideas to try at home so you can really get stuck in to your exercise regime. All these changes can make a real improvement to how you perform exercises and can also help to prevent injury now and in the future.
Finally, having this time also allows you to ask questions about your general health and wellbeing.

Going forward be.fit will be adopting a 24hr cancellation policy. It’s not something we’ve done before but it is common practice within the Personal Training industry.
Any sessions that are cancelled less than 24hrs before it’s due to start then 50% of the session fee will be charged. As sessions are quite popular it allows enough time to try and fill the slot. Ideally as much notice as you can give would be appreciated, but we understand that life can throw us a curve ball at times and it’s not always easy to do this.
Hopefully you all understand why we need to implement this charge going forward.
