2014 be.fit classes will be ending on 17th December 2014, starting again on 5th January 2015
Just to let you all know that be.fit classes will be finishing this week, but fear not as we’ll be back up and running on 5th January 2015 with the full timetable as follows:
An exciting, fast-paced class based around HiiT training. If you’re looking for high-energy, sweat busting moves that will really test your fitness levels, then this is the class for you. Not only will you burn a ton of calories in just 45mins, you’ll also see improvements in your overall fitness levels, oxygen consumption and ability to perform those more difficult moves!
Aimed at intermediate and above levels of fitness. It is advised that you try a Circuit.fit or Body.fit class first so the instructor can assess your level of fitness.
Easy to follow aerobic routines coupled with a body toning section to ensure you leave feeling like you’ve had a fun and worthwhile workout. Designed at beginners, rehabilitation clients and those who want a slighter slower paced workout. Don’t be fooled though…you’ll still build up a sweat and the instructor will always provide alternatives if you feel like ramping it up a bit!
A different circuit of exercises each week, designed to work on muscular strength and endurance as well as the cardiovascular system. As the class enables you to work at your own pace, it provides an excellent all over body workout for all levels of fitness.
A twist on the traditional legs, bums and tums format, aimed at all fitness levels! Designed to work the body head to toe, focusing on body toning, core, joint stability and increasing bone density. All important in keeping our bodies strong and stable for everyday life!
