With a mixture of classes to suit every ability and fitness goal, there’s never been a better time to get fit and healthy with a group exercise class from be.fit. Starting again on 8th September 2014, Medstead Village Hall, Medstead, Nr Alton, Hampshire.
be.fit offers 5 classes a week dedicated to keeping you motivated and inspired to working out and sticking to a health and fitness programme. Starting on Monday 8th September, a class running everyday from Monday to Friday and discounts available for block bookings, there’s no reason to not come and give it a go!

The be.fit timetable
A non-choreographed class designed around the HiiT principle, providing optimum fat-loss results in short bursts of exercise and rest periods. You’ll benefit from the ability to keep losing fat even after you’ve finished due to EPOC. Using resistance bands and your own bodyweight, this is an easy to follow class with major health benefits. Suitable for those with an element of fitness.
Great introduction to the be.fit ethos and a stepping stone to other classes such as fusion.fit and circuit.fit. This class uses simple aerobic moves in the first half to get your heart pumping and your body moving. The second half focuses around resistance moves to help tone the entire body, including the core. This class is perfect for those new to fitness or wanting to get back to fitness after an injury, pregnancy or lack of motivation.
A non-choreographed class using strength and cardiovascular moves to really target the entire body. An array of equipment means you’ll push your body using weights, BOSU and stability balls, steps, chairs or whatever the instructor feels like using that particular day! Exercises change each week meaning you’ll never get bored or know whats’ coming next. Suitable for all levels as exercises can be adapted.
Wednesdays 9:15-10:00am & Thursdays 6:15-7:00pm
Varying low-impact routines designed to tackle those problem areas, including bums, core, legs and arms. This class uses bodyweight and resistance bands to tone and define your body head to toe. Major benefits include increases in muscle mass and therefore metabolism – enabling us to burn more fat. This is a great compliment to the higher impact classes and is suitable for all levels, as every exercise can be adapted.
Feel free to just turn up on the day or pre-book your space to ensure availability.

Classes are £5 each. They run during term times (Thursday circuit.fit runs all year, except major holidays) and can be block booked if you would like to take advantage of a price reduction. 10% for 1 class per week over a 7 week period. 20% for 2 or more classes booked over a 7 week period.
