- 200g Watermelon Chunks
- 20g Reduced Fat Feta
- Handful of Basil
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 lemon
- Lime shavings
- Place your watermelon chunks onto a plate and crumble the feta all over.
- Drizzle with the olive oil and a few squirts of lemon juice.
- Add the basil and lime and tuck in straight away!
