I really liked the energy that the classes gave me. The more that I did the more that I wanted to do. It’s hard to imagine not exercising on a regular basis now. I had always taken part in one class a week, but the difference the extra exercise made to my fitness level has meant that I can’t see me going back to where I was. After I had finished my course I went on holiday for 10 days. I took my gym kit with me for the first time in my life! The exercise has made me feel so good both mentally and physically that I didn’t want to let it slide.
Sally was very committed to her regime and this is why she achieved the results she did in such a short time. The fact she continues to keep at this weight and look and feel great is a testament to her dedication and understanding the diet side of things, as well as her commitment to class participation and PT sessions.
