250g Pears (two small slices left for decoration)
100g Spinach Leaves
100g romaine Lettuce
25g Fresh Parsley
- Place all the ingredients into a juicier. Place a large handful of ice cubes in and pour into 2 glasses. Use a slice of pear and some sprigs of parsley to decorate.
What’s great about this juice is that it contains ingredients which otherwise seem a little boring when consumed on their own. Trying to munch on a 100g of spinach and 100g of lettuce in one sitting can also seem a little tedious.
