- Better educated on nutrition and remembering not to skip meals on busy work days, as this only leads to over-indulging during the evening.
- Sleeping better, providing Kelly with more energy to take on the day as a busy working mum.
- Swapping the large quantities of fruit for more vegetables throughout the day, reducing sugar spikes and the need to snack on naughty foods!

Life can be stressful as I run my own business, look after my children and support the family with our construction business. It can sometimes feel like there’s really not much time for myself. This was probably my biggest concern when I first took on the be.fit training package. I was really worried how I was going to make it all work with everything else I already had on, but I decided that now was when I needed to take some time out for myself!
On those days when I wanted to give in I wondered if having Anna shout in my ear was going to make me want to scream, and although it did, it was in a positive way. I felt like I could get my frustrations from my busy life out. It was also nice to have that time for myself and for once be a little bit selfish.
I’m so pleased with my new body and attitude to exercise! I feel great, more energised and no longer fear exercising, whether it be on my own or in one of the be.fit classes. I did it in a safe way, rather than starving myself to drop the pounds (which have always gone straight back on!). I’m going on holiday for our annual St. Tropez trip with the family so I’ll be keeping the good work up so I feel great in my bikini… I’m sure I’ll squeeze in a shopping trip for some new clothes whilst I’m there!
Kelly worked so hard with her programme and what was lovely to see is that for once she didn’t feel guilty about taking time out for herself. Week by week I could see the changes not only to her body but her approach and commitment to herself rather than everyone else. She looks fantastic and I’m so thankful to have had the opportunity to be part of this journey with her.
